The leading real estate company in Ogun State,Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited have launched its Ecostay Smart Apartment and Greenish Acres Farm Estate at Kobape, during the weekend .
The event which was full of fun fair had in attendance dignitaries from all works of life.
The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican-Valley estate, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo appreciated God for the success recorded so far in his real estate journey.
Dr. Adeyemo explained that the journey started at Pelican-Valley Estate in Laderin, describing his case like a rejected stone which later turned to corner stone.
He mentioned that Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited have birthed Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape, Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments, Kobape, Pelicans Greenish acres Estate, Kobape and about 1,000 investors have keyed into the project. He added that the success was a result of trust, due diligence, and hard work.
Dr Adeyemo appreciated his clients and all who had contributed to the success stories,saying Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments project is a deliberate move to ignite the socio-economic activities of not only the host communities , but Ogun State at large.
He explained that, “So many people may not know that we started the journey of Pelican Brief, not here, but in Laderin, where God used us to turn what seemed like a rejected stone into a corner stone. What we have done in terms of landscape in Pelican Valley Estate Laderin can only be seen in our Estate.”

In his remark, former governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba, represented by former member of Federal House of Representatives ,Hon Adeyemi said Pelican Valley have changed the real estate company in the state.
He said Dr Adeyemo have built a formidable brand which have changed the economic value of all his host communities.
Hon Adeyemi called on property investors to key into the Pelican dream, as he turned property investment around in Ogun State.
In his remark, the Royal Father of the day, HRM Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, represented by Chief Leke Ibikunle, commended the efforts of Dr Adeyemo and his dedicated team in the real estate industry. He called on the good people of Ogun state, and other stakeholders to invest in the Greenish Acres farmland, and the Ecostay Smart Apartment.
