The Oyo state police command said they are investigating the allegation of homosexuality with three suspects in custody.
The police said another suspect, Akinola Saheed Olalekan is on the run, after the news went round about the arrest of other suspects.
Our correspondent who visited the residence of Akinola Saheed Olalekan at Molete area of Oyo state, said the compound was deserted, as a neighbor said the wife of the suspect, Mrs Akinola Funmilola Karimot was hospitalized after her husband was declared wanted.
All efforts to speak with the suspect’s wife was abortive as she never picked her phone call or respond to messages sent to her line by our correspondent.
The police promised to get other suspects arrested, and will arraign them as soon as investigation is completed.
