The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited and promoter of the Oko Opó Widows Foundation, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo, has pledged to leverage his corporate network and industry standing to drive sustainable economic empowerment for widows across Ogun State.
Speaking on Friday at the official inauguration of the Ogun State branch of the WAZOBIA Widows Welfare Association, Adeyemo emphasized that long-term financial independence must replace short-term charitable donations.
