… threatening to make Ketu War Zone
An aggrieved Former member of the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC) Gbenga Abiodun, who recently moved to African Democratic Party (ADC) have alleged that his assumed mandate to represent Ketu 2 Constituency in the State House of Assembly was auctioned for another candidate by some party leaders.
Abiodun popularly known as ASEPO accused one Alhaji Basiru Fadairo for substituting his name for another candidate in the party.
He alleged that his mandate was sold for Two Million Naira by Alh. Bashiru Fadairo, Bayo Adeyemi and two others.
Our correspondent in Ketu spoke with a party chieftain who confirmed that ASEPO was a desperate youth looking for power by all means.
The ADC chieftain who will not like his name to be mentioned said,” ASEPO despiration sent him out of APC to ADC, and it till still send him out of our party. He needs to learn that there are process for everything, blackmail and arrogance will not take him anywhere in life. “
Another ADC member who spoke with our correspondent on phone said,” party decision is above anybody’s desire or political plans. ASEPO crossed to ADC with the mindset that because he is from former governor Senator Ibikunle Amosun camp, anything he asked must be given. It doesn’t work that way. He met some people in the party, and the party have a structure and guidelines. He should continue with his blackmail and outburst if that will earn him the ticket he wants badly .”
Abiodun, who expressed disappointment on social media, threatened to make Ketu a war zone from now.
He said,” this is exactly what Oshiomole & Co did to us in 2019 as a political family, which we are still battling with and I can assure you all that these criminal leaders will not be able to fly that AṢEPỌ’s stolen Ticket/Mandate unless they return it to the owner (AṢEPỌ) or else ketu will be a war zone from now henceforth”
