A Nigerian-Canadian Citizen and Mayor’s Brampton Business Ambassador, Mr Akinade Oduntan has commended the ingenuity of the Pelican Nigeria Limited in the Real Estate Industry.
He made this remark recently during his visit to the corporate office of the company at the Pelican Valley , Laderin Abeokuta the Ogun state capital.
Mr Oduntan expressed delight knowing the great achievement Pelican Nigeria Limited has established in all their various property locations, which is uncommon in the country.
He said as a member of diaspora, he felt so exited to see such a great investment in real estate where nature is blended with luxury to provide comfort and conducive environment for people.
The Nigerian-Canadian Citizen, who is also the Special Assistant, Advisor to Member of Parliament in the Canadian Parliament appreciated the Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, for his initiative and outstanding creativity in all the projects.
Ambassador Adeyemo, in his remark appreciated Mr Oduntan for believing in the Pelican Projects that made him to invest in their property, calling on more Nigerians in the diaspora to look forward to the official launch of Ecostay Apartment launch on September 11, 2024.
He said the smart city, located at Masa Kobape corridor of Ogun state, which consist of Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Ecostay shall be a point of reference in real estate investment in Nigeria by investors.
