The former transition Chairman of Ijebu-Ode Local Government, Hon Olugbenga Olugbile have called on the people of the state to support the second term declaration of the governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun.
Hon Olugbile, a chieftain of All Progressives Congress made it known yesterday after the Governor received the nomination form bought for him by his kinsmen and women under the aegis of the DA Mandate 2023.
He declared that Prince Abiodun have done well for the state within the short period of his administration beyond the people’s expectations.
Hon Olugbile added that, “Ogun State have been repositioned among the states in South West, and our governor has performed beyond imagination. He is a role model, an achiever, a leader that should be emulated. It is a visible testimony in every sector of the state, and I believe the only thing we should do for him is to let him continue the good work.”
He called on the people of Ijebu-Ode Local government and the state at large to give maximum support to Prince Abiodun in achieving the goal of his re-election, to continue various developmental projects and bring the dividend of democracy to reality for the people.
Hon Olugbile mentioned that,” Our governor is a promise keeper, he had done most of his promises and he should be encouraged. I believe his second term will be better for us and for the state. With his various achievement in different parts of the state, his second term will surpass what we can see now.”
