The gubernatorial candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party in Ogun state, Hon Ezekiel Olujobi Fayoyin yesterday visited the traditional ruler of Imeko in Yewa North local government, His Royal Highness, Oba Benjamin Alabi Olanite Onimeko of Imeko.
Hon Fayoyin who is a native of the Imeko, Yewa North used the visit to inform the traditional ruler and the entire community of his political agenda, seeking their supports in the forthcoming general election.

The monarch appreciated Hon Fayoyin and his entourage, particularly their regard for the traditional institution. Oba Olanite said leadership is a call for service and the development of the people.
Hon Fayoyin pledged his support for the traditional institution saying they are the grassroots point of leadership reference, and empowering them would bring peace and lawfulness to the society.

He called on the community to support the NNPP agenda of bringing the political change of narrative which will reposition Yewa land and Ogun state at large.
The Guber Candidate was accompanied by the Federal House of Representative, Yewa North/Imeko Afon Constituency, Hon Ogunbona Ajibola, Ogun State House of Assembly, Imeko Afon state Constituency candidate Hon Prince Adeyemi Adeluyi,and other NNPP local government and state executives.
