The Ogun State Housing Corporation has organized an in-house refresher training for her middle level management at the corporation’s resource center.
The training is considered necessary to enable the Staffs to fit in a fast growing economy like Ogun state where potential investor have expressed willingness to open business almost on a daily basis courtesy of an enabling evinronment and friendly policies of Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR led administration.
In his address, the General manager Esv.Wale Ojo (FNIVS) said the training was in furtherance of the corporation’s commitment to genuinely improve the middle level management staff capacity, for efficient service delivery as the corporation is poised to deliver more affordable housing in year 2022.
The General Manager explained that the training will cut across other staff members, including the drivers and watchmen cadre respectively.
Declaring the trainning open, the Chairman Board standing committee on welfare matters Prince Adeniyi Edun enjoined the staff to embrace the training as it will promote their productivity
The lead facilitator Alhaji Adekunle Adegbite reiterated the commitment of the corporation’s effort in mitigating housing deficiency in ogun state, through provision of affordable housing.
