The New Nigeria People’s Party chieftain in Ogun state, Chief Olujobi Fayoyin have congratulated the Kano state Governor, Alhaji Abba Yusuf over his victory at the Supreme Court yesterday.
Chief Fayoyin, in a release made available to Infolitenews, said the victory is for democracy and the good people of Kano state.
He said,” the victory is a pointer to all political aspirants and office holders not to give up, even in the face of opposition and oppression. We should never give up no matter the situation.”
Chief Fayoyin called on all NNPP members in the state to come together with a winning spirit, and never allow any divisive element to discourage them even in the face of oppression and intimidation.
He said,” it’s a matter of time, there shall be light at the end of the tunnel. We shall all rejoice together in victory.”
