The leading Senatorial Aspirant of Ogun East, and All Progressive Congress chieftain, Otunba Adewale Adenaike has congratulated the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba (Dr) Sikiru Adetona on his 62nd reign on the throne of his forefathers.

Otunba Adenaike described Kabiesi Oba Adetona as a role model and a true leader whose reign has brought tremendous development to the Ijebu Nation and her people.

He said, “Kabiesi is not just a father to so many, he is a respected monarch whose influence is beyond Ijebuland, but all over the nation. He is a colossal of royalty and splendour, with a great sense of respect for culture and tradition. He played a key role in the socio-political development of this nation since independence.”

Otunba Adenaike said Kabiesi is a great asset to leadership in the nation, as he wished him many more years on the throne in good health and sound mind.

Meanwhile, Otunba Adenaike sent his greetings to the Muslim faithfuls on the commencement of this year’s Ramadan.
He said the holy month of Ramadan should be used to reflect on the love of God for humanity and our country Nigeria.
He said the people should pray for peace in every area of the nation and support the government to deliver dividends of democracy.
