The man behind the leading estate company in Ogun state, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo has been honoured with the most influential realtor award of the year in the state.
Dr. Adeyemo, who was so exited received the award during the Synergy Meritorious Award 2022 held in Abeokuta the state capital.
Organizers of the event, while presenting the award to Dr. Adeyemo, said the giant strides, physical development, and the architectural masterpiece of the company coupled with its affordability and credibility strategies attracted the organizers to bestow the honour in appreciation of the transformational impact, it had brought to the real estate experience and economic growth in Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley while speaking with newsmen, appreciated the organizer for recognizing Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited and his modest self as the most influential realtor.
Dr Adeyemo said ”I am highly elated that this award is being given to me by Synergy. This award will spur me to continue in my humble service of making incredible houses at affordable rates to Nigerians and Africans at large.”
The successful realtor has several years of experience in the real estate industry and has received many outstanding awards to his name.
Dr. Adeyemo told journalists that he dedicated the award to his lovely wife who celebrated his birthday yesterday.
He said “This day is a wonderful day because it was the day an angel was missing in heaven. The sky cried and the earth was happy.
“When you are together with a wife that puts you first as her priority, it means you will find peace in your heart. She doesn’t only put me first but always puts everyone first.
”I Thank God for having a precious wife like her. She put smiles on my face and give me plenty of reasons to love her every day.
“I thank her a lot because she never constituted any form of distraction in my life.”
