Grassroots politician and All Progressive Congress(APC) chieftain in Abeokuta North Local Government, Ogun State, Hon Akeem Oluseye have described the President, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as a true leader with compassion for the people, with his announcement of presidential intervention on food security in the country.
Hon Oluseye said the intervention is timely and thoughtful of the presidency, with the level of inflation and current hardship in many parts of the country.
He said the intervention will go a long way to revamp the agricultural sector and make basic food commodities affordable.
The popular philanthropist emphasized that, “it is obvious that this administration is people oriented and will do everything possible to ease the economic situation in the country. The presidential intervention will provide grains and fertilizer to farmers to guarantee that food is produced all year round. The presidency has promised security which was a major challenge before now, this will encourage more investors in the agricultural industry.”
