Hon Whingan commended his doggedness, hard work, tenacity, commitment, compassion to the progress of democracy and rule of law, which he believed will be his guiding principle as the president.
He also congratulated the governor of Lagos state, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu as he will be sworn in for his second term in office this morning, wishing him a successful administration of the state.
