…commends Governor Abiodun administration

The Alumni association of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta Ogun State have paid a courtesy call to the office of Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture,Dr Samson Odedina at Okemosan Abeokuta.
The Alumni led by the National President, Pastor Ezekiel Obasanya have commended the administration of Prince Dapo ABIODUN on education, Agriculture and infrastructural facilities.
The National President expressed delight in the visit as a way to appreciate the Commissioner in his outstanding achievement in the agricultural sector,and putting the State in a vantage position among agricultural inclined states in Nigeria.
Pastor Obasanya requested for the support of the ministry as members of the alumni planned to venture into farming in line with food security agenda of the administration.
Dr Odedina appreciated the alumni expecially their role during the period of crisis in the institution.He said,”Moshood Abiola Polytechnic is a great institution and her products are doing well in every areas of life,and I’m prove to be associated with them.”
Dr Odedina promised to make available some part of 200 hectares of land cleared for Anchor Borrowers’ Programme to the Association, as well as inputs and free advisory services for cultivation of cassava and maize.
On infrastructure,the Commissioner assured the alumni that Prince Abiodun administration shall see to their demands especially the road that led to the institution.”I want to place on record that Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR is serious about the progress of MAPOLY.In addition to rescusitating the institution in his early days in office, during one of our Executive meetings, His Excellency said, ‘go and do MAPOLY internal roads’, just like that, and it was done.”
