…Oguntoyinbo renews commitment of victory at the poll
As the days are getting closer to the poll, the front burners are strategically meeting to plan for their victory.
Gubernatorial candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party, Comrade Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo at the weekend met with the Former Governor and Ogun Central Senator, Senator Ibikunle Amosun at his Ibara residence.
The meeting was held in a close door along side Party officials, led by the party chairman, Comrade Sunday Oginni.
Though details of the meeting were not made public as at the time of this report, but our source said it has to do with the gubernatorial election in the state.
We can recalled that the former governor once said that the incumbent will not be re-elected despite in the same party, All Progressive Congress.
Senator Amosun, a two terms governor and two term senator, was absent at the party Presidential Campaign of the party in the state on Wednesday last week, but was reportedly in close contact with the presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Hamed Tinubu.
Though, Senator Amosun has publicly declared his support fort the Guber Candidate of African Democratic Congress(ADC), Bar Biyi Otegbeye, but there is an unconfirmed report that the two parties may have an alignment to unseat the incumbent governor , Prince Dapo Abiodun.
Earlier, Comrade Oguntoyinbo has renewed his commitment to be victorious in the election, calling on the good people of Ogun state to vote for NNPP in the forthcoming general election.
