The event featured a loud accolades from his teaming supporters and party faithful, was an occasion for Tinubu to express his mind after the governor publicly endorsed his closest rival from south west, a protégés of his political academy, in person of the Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo.

Professor Osinbajo,a native of Ikene in Ogun State, had earlier visited the state governor for consultation and support for his presidential ambition, which received several criticism.

That is unfortunate.”

A political analyst,Adedamola Joseph said,”I love  Gov Dapo for his calmness, if it was former governor, Ibikunle Amosun he would have fired back in the same manner. Sanwo-Olu was also dumbfounded with the utterances, apart from the Ganjude who didn’t understand the language. Tinubu was only coming with a sense of entitlement and that unfortunate for a supposed presidential material.

He added that,”Yes, Prince Dapo Abiodun didn’t play his side of politics well, he’s expected to be more tactical, but he has the right to throw is weight behind anybody he so desires.

He also recalled that,”Few years back, Asiwaju and Oshiomole only assisted to secure the ticket, Osinbajo and Yayi prosecuted the main election. Dapo was naive to have publicly endorsed Osinbajo, but Tinubu’s utterances was an height of arrogance, desperation and frustration.

We do not need such character to lead this fragile nation.”
