Religion faithfuls will return to their various worship center soon despite government directives on the covid 19 pandemic.
A good number of people in various cities in Ogun State have prepared to start worship in various places after the lockdown was lifted for weekend alone.
Our reporter who visited few places in Abeokuta,Sango Otta and Sagamu noticed some people gathered to worship in few numbers in many places.
In addition,the use of facemask in public places have reduced.
It is obvious that the social distancy rule is not taken into consideration as few events and happening in the state have shown.
However,the spread of the virus is not flattened as the state recorded 108 new COVID-19 cases few hours ago.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases recorded in the state to 471.
Despite the fear and panic this increasing figure brings to residents, religion sentiment have overtaken the collective fight against the virus.
