The sorry state of most roads in the state capital became so obvious with heavy down pour on Saturday.
The major roads were flooded as no major casualty due to the lockdown. Saturdays and Sundays are movement restricted because of Covid-19,which made the roads to be deserted.
Driving through the Abeokuta Sagamu road,the NNPC area that led to the turning to the state Secretariat Okemosan was flooded and the fence of the Presidential Library was destroyed by the rain.
At Amolaso area of the capital,the drainages were blocked as the flood took over the major roads.
The situation at Isale-Gbeyin was similar,as the major road was flooded.Some residences were seen clearing thier drainages,while some where examining the damage of the heavy rain.
